The artistic project All Together I examined how creative processes can be used for the improvement of the living conditions of the participants, for the creation of a vision of their own future and how to put it into practice. The participants were single parents from the sub-Saharan Africa, on the whole without jobs. In the first part of the project, in collaboration with the artist Jordi Lafon, several skills came to the surface that the participants felt were within their competence: looking after children, cleaning and cooking. The competence selected was cooking, point of departure for the improvement of their own living conditions and for infiltrating into the active life of the community.
